Returns Policy
You may return an item if defective within 14 business days. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Digital/Downloadable items are NOT returnable or refundable once you download product. Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issue you may have. You have fourteen (14) days to download the files and 5 downloads. If you miss that window, please contact us help resolve any downloading issues
- We do send care/installation instructions with all of our products - Make sure you follow those directions for caring of your item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
- We can only ship to folks in the United States.
- All physical items ship within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Our goal is to ship right away but some products are custom made so shipping is slower on those to accommodate assembly of product.
- Downloadable items are available immediately after purchase via a link.
